Worked out perfectly. While I have a smaller one in my backyard. I decided to get a larger one to act as a car port for two cars on my side driveway. This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. Portland Collection 14-inch concrete vessel sink concrete circular vessel bathroom sink.

Purchased two light grey Concrete Vessel Sinks for Master Bathroom reno. These sinks are heavy and appear well constructed. We feel they provided a modern touch along with our new quartz countertop. Installation was straightforward. My only negative comment is once you start to use it, the sink easily shows temporary soap/toothpaste stains. You need to clean it often so its annoying. I am debating purchasing a clear coat to apply to the sink to reduce the stain visibility. My local hardware store did not have a specific part, so I had to purchase from Wayfair a "Bathroom Flanged Sink Tailpiece" made by Kibi (Part KTP12MB) which was perfect. Suggest you also order this part. I also purchased a faucet from Wayfair (Single Hole Single Handle Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet GBF6056HN4) which you can see in the pictures. Works well together.
