The top rack is actually useful — the stepped design fits my kids’ Stanley bottle lids flat, which I didn’t even think about but makes a big difference. Also love that it cracks the door open at the end and runs a fan — way less water sitting in Tupperware now. Little things, but they add up. It’s got a bunch of features with some nice color accents that make it feel kind of high-tech without being over the top. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing).
