It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. Its beautiful!!! I love it! My installer also loves it. He appreciated the quality. I have to add pictures of it when my house is put back together. These pictures are during the installation. I had over 1000 sq. ft. laid on my first floor in my open living kitchen combo, walk-in pantry, deep coat closet, dining room, mub room, and entryway.
