It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. I was looking for a match for flooring I installed 10 years ago, I had a few boxes left over that I install and wanted to install it in another area and needed a few more boxes to complete but didn’t want to pay a flooring site $500 for it, Wayfair had this that looked identical in color and grain pattern but called a different name but same brand Mohawk. I purchased for $50 and took a chance and it is the same as Cheyenne Rock Oak with just a slight lighter shade, mixed with the other floor you can’t see any difference.can you see any difference in the photo. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings!
