I’ve been using this toilet for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The height feels just right and the seat is very comfortable. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. However the towel bowl is very deep and the tank is nice and flat so it won’t stick out far from the wall when installed. Multiple holes for installation depending on which direction your plumbing is and plugs for the sides that aren’t in use. Slow close is nice as well. This is a heavy toilet.
