Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. OMG this vanity is perfect! I wanted a natural wood tone and something I didn’t have to assemble. This did not disappoint! There is a little greywhite in the wood color which is beautiful. I love the curvature of the sink. I also love the drawer, although I can’t fit my charmin ultra strong big rolls in them. Narrower TP rolls could fit sideways though. Plenty of storage space. Really happy with this sink! It was inexpensive but looks very nice and seems to be of great quality. We’ve had it for a few months now and no issues other than the water pools slightly around the drain… not sure if that is a design flaw with the sink or the faucet but it never sits there long enough to matter. Depending on the angle the top can seem uneven, but it’s pretty much the same even height all the way around. We seemingly got a newer version which displays the brand name on the inside of the sink - which I did not want - so my husband installed it backwards so you can’t see it as much.
