Our gate is fully forged, which is thicker and heavier than most iron gates on the market. This garden gate is fully submerged in galvanizing compound and then powder coated to be rust free and last for generations even in the dampest environment. This gate also comes with a bolt hinge for quick lock and mounting posts for easy installation. This gate is a great combination of strength and affordable price!

It is really pretty. Wasn’t hard to assemble. Unfortunately the latch situation others have described in their reviews are true. The latch must have been put on backwards because the gate will NOT stay shut. Any little breeze will open it. I’ll have to figure out a latch that will match it and actually keep it closed. Hinges are strong and work well, they do have a little play in them so even if you level the doorgate they are attached to perfectly, expect a small bit of sag once tension goes on them. Instructions are easy to understand and all parts were received with quick shipping. It comes flat packed as panels, and I wish the arched angle at the top came pre-assembled. Without it, it can be difficult to get the gate doors even (see photo). It’s also very light, so I reinforced mine by driving rebar into the ground and drilling holes out in the feet and positioning the arbor over it. Without doing that, the arbor wants to swing when the gate is open. Now it’s solid. You will definitely want to reinforce it if you plan to grow anything on it.
