Many parts in the first couple of steps are located inside a box, inside the main part of the grill. I did not see them until I was further into the assembly. But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. this is not my first charbroil grill. I have used Charbroil on and off for about 30 years. last large grill was a weber, lasted many years. Having recently built an outdoor kitchen was looking for a quality grill to be built in. The 5 burner medallion fit the bill. easy installation. easy to use, heats up quick, yet able to control temp from about 250 degrees up to about 800 degrees.
