In apartments, mice and bugs tend to look for openings around sink pipes, and even storing recycling under there can draw them out. Like the quality of the sink. Opened the box and checked for damage upon arrival. I found that the mounting rail for the installation bolts was completely off on one long side and partially off on the other long side. Although I am a bit disappointed I am going to keep the sink and epoxy the rails back in place. This should not be happening with a sink in this price range. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
