There is no plug, no faucet or handles, and no sides to the tub. Also the heater option can not be added after you receive the tub. I love this tub! It doesn't look very deep but once you sit down it is so comfortable and relaxing. I use the tub daily. My only complaints are I can't connect to Bluetooth and once you use the shower head and then switch to the regular faucet the head will drip and the water goes down the hose and onto the floor. I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees.
