I loved the look of the armoire in the photo. I knew there was going to be some distressing on the piece but I didn't expect the level of super shabby chic that it turned out to be. The cabinet is not good quality but passable. Definitely overpriced. I repainted it to get rid of all the chips and dings and touched up the doors where the black met the gold and cream design. The motif on the doors was very sloppily done but likely done on purpose to make the piece look aged. I painted the inside a shrimp color but I don't think I'll be leaving it open for display.
