5-Piece Ranch Style Dining Set With Oak Top Table & Ladder Back Chairs

The issue is the table arrived damaged, 2 chairs were damaged and one chair back had 2 legs not even the same height so it wobbles. When I contacted customer to send replacement parts I was told the would send a whole new table and chairs if I packaged up the damaged one and sent it back. I explained that the box has been recycled and there is no box big enough to pack it back up. Secondly, the whole weighed about 150lbs. There was no way I would be able to lift that to take it somewhere to be shipped back. So, it makes sense to me that I now am able to use 2 out of 4 chairs and the table has some damage a 50% refund should have been offered...I mean I can only use 50% of the set. Nope they only offered 30% refund. We bought this set for our small Kitchen. We knew that we would have to assemble it once it arrived. So we pulled up the directions which were pretty clear. However, you definitely need more than the included allen wrench and recommended screw driver and hammer. We ended up needing a drill to get the screws in-otherwise we'd still be screwing in the screws! The Table was easy. However, our biggest issue was with the chairs. Every. Single. Chair. was uneven and wobbly. One more than another. We followed the instructions each and every time for each chair, and every single time we ended up with the same wobbly result. Great quality, nice finish, packaged well and arrived with zero damage. It is a small table, so ideal for a nook area or small space. The one downside to this table is that you cannot push the chairs all the way in under the table. The seats of the chairs hit each other under the table since the table top is small.. Amanda.
