The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. The set up is time consuming and does take a small amount of time to figure out. Decide how you want to configure it before attaching the connecting brackets that should be the final step. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone.
