This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. The fixture was easy to assemble and we’re happy it came with a strap/clip so you can temporarily hang the fixture from the mounting ring while completing the wiring. The fixture, while not super heavy, is 25lbs and this strap made it easier while at the top of a ladder. While a 55” overall height is not small, we ordered a few additional 12” stems to better fit our space. This fixture puts out plenty of light via eight bulbs and only requires a standard dimmer (no ELV dimmer/anything hard or fancy). I just set up the grill I ordered along with the paella pan! This is the 24" pan and it's big. It beautiful can't wait to use it out doors! This pan is exceptionally good and heats up quickly and evenly, I confirmed it with the thermometer with a flat surface probe. I cooked a fried egg in butter and it did not stick. I made a quick fried rice in it and it did not stick. Cleaning is exceptionally easy. Just water and some dish soap and a sponge. No traces of tarnish in sight. It's simply an excellent pan. I had a few pieces of Wilton Armetale purchased before, but never a frying pan and I am very pleased. It does have one limitation that I must disclose. It spins on our flat ceramic stovetop when heated. When it cools down, it becomes flat again. Since I got it primarily for the stovetop cooking, not for oven, nor for grilling, I hammered its bottom lightly on the outside, in the middle, with a wooden hammer, to change its curvature a fraction of a degree. Nothing is visible on its cooking surface. The water sits flat right in the middle, no pooling in the edges. But now it sits flat both when it is cold and when it is heated to any temperature, well beyond 250C or even 300C when water rolls over its surface like a giant mercury ball. You can cook or fry with any oil in it, including extra virgin olive oil, of course. And cooking sprays will not harm it either. Only when using it on the grill, one should be more careful with the choice of oils or sprays, because they can catch flames. I am in love with this pan and cannot recommend it highly enough. Beautiful and exactly what I wanted light fixture. Agree with other reviews ... The glass around the bulbs aren't secure but obviously if they're left alone they won't move. We have 25+ft ceilings and had to get 5 ft of extra extension rods. Pic is pre glass and light bulbs. Requires 60w T10 bulbs ... The 40w T10 bulbs were perfect. Bulbs were not included with fixture..
