The air conditioner itself is cooling nicely the patio door kit does not work the exhaust attaches way at the top like 78 inches high and the exhaust hose doesn't reach putting the air conditioner with casters on a 18 inch platform was not a good idea so I made my own patio door template out of corrugated plastic see picture attached. Overall, pretty happy so far. I needed a temperature controlled mini fridge to store feeder insects (for my reptile) in and this seems ok. The buttons work as they should, and the light has a couple settings of brightness that get quite bright. The shelves are difficult to remove but its doable. I wish there was a condensed water collector at the bottom like my last one by AstroAI, but they stopped making them. My only real complaint is that it cant get warmer than 46 degrees (shouldnt the cooling feature just be able to turn off and back on when needed to get to a higher temp) So it isnt super useful for me. Product is what we needed as the kitchenette required a smaller microwave. Product arrived damaged but nothing would have indicated damage looking at packaging. The damaged parts (dents on both sides) were easily concealed when installed but that was also a bit of a hassle. My husband is an electrician & has hung quite a few microwaves, yet he wasn't a fan of the install. We tested after install, it works & no issues with the unit at the moment (not being used as we aren't moved in at the moment). We did contact Wayfair about issues, they contacted Danby on my behalf & Danby contacted me the next day.
