Very nice pole and it is very sturdy. The top piece was not attached. Bought the Arcitectura Mailbox too which was missing 2 bolts. Contacted customer service and the agent was most curt and unkind in her correspondence and told me it was attached to the base. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes.
