The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. Wayfair had the best price in town on these garage cabinets. They came almost fully assembled. The only thing I had to do was put the legs on the bottom in the shelves inside. This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. The doors are pre-assembled and pre-hung and comes with complete system. The shed doors come with a durable, rust-resistant swivel hasp and galvanized steel hinges. Hinges are continuous from top to bottom to prevent sagging. Smartside siding is treated to prevent fungal decay and insect infestation.

The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. The frame beams are twisted and crooked, overall it is a poor quality kit. The instructions are easy, however the quality of the wood is very poor. I thought I was getting a good deal but I was not..
