The only issue was that in a few areas, there were small scratches and some of the plastic design details weren’t fully secured, so we had to glue them in ourselves. Easy to paint (comes primed), easy to install. This was a little smaller than I anticipated (assumed it would be the same size as a similar medallion from the same brand, silly me) but it is a subdued, elegant touch to upgrade a fixture I still want to replace!
