[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
