So we received this upflush toilet in good standing with all required pieces in the box. The toilet is beautiful and so far works great. We took a chance getting this toilet because of the price. It was easy to install the plumbing after you epoxy the sinks into place - very clear directions. You do need 2 people to lift the top onto the base.
