Super easy install on my GROHE skirted toilet just pop in the rubber plugs, screw down the the little metal shaft pieces the seat locks on to and pop on the seat. I have never had a seat go on so easily. It fits my GROHE toilet perfects and it comfortable to sit on. Also it is made of quality material and doesnt feel flimsy and like it will break just by sitting on it. It is also nice for cleaning. I just push the buttons on inside of the hinge and seat pops off. I have tried the easy removal seats before and they were anything but easy. This one actually us easy to removed and pop back on. I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side.
