First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. The housing has pre-installed nails on the adjustable hanger bars which are easily installed in regular lumber, engineered lumber, and laminated beams. Hanger bars include t-bar mounting clamps for use in suspended t-grid ceilings. The bar hangers have a maximum span of 24 in. and are scored in two locations for fast, clean breaking, allowing housing installation in very narrow joist spacings. It is UL and CUL listed for damp locations and is thermally protected against improper use of lamps.
