Quick and easy assembly. The chairs look great, and I love the style, but I don't think they will be long lasting. I weigh under 110 pounds, and the coils/cushioning is not the same in all areas of the chair. After just a few weeks of use, I feel a sinking in different areas of the seat. That sinking is happening in all the chairs. If that's happening at my weight, not sure how they'd hold up to heavier weights. However, I do love the look and the price was right. The seat is comfy and wide and the seat back is the perfect height for an arm rest without getting in the way of eatinggamingetc. The styling is understated mid century modern and fits our aesthetic and the curves soften and complement the sharper angles of the dining table and higher backed end chairs. I also appreciate that the feet on each chair leg are adjustable so you can level the chair so its not wobbly on an uneven surface like our tile floors. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience.
