this was easy to assemble even though the directions were a little off the mark. But, if you have clothing that is long (my son is 6 ft 5) you will need to adjust the bars for the hangers so the clothing doesn't bunch up at the bottom. we ended up adjusting them so all of his shirts were on the top bar, and all of his pants are on the bottom bar so everything would fit. theres not a lot you can do with the middle and bottom shelves for storage if your clothing is long. we were only able to use the top shelf for storage.
