The quality is incredible. very high-end set with an excellent weight and the required pieces were all available and separated by levels of soft foam making it easy to navigate the various parts. I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot. The only downside is that the interior light turns off when the door is closed, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to keep the light on for display.
