I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled. I recently purchased the LG Probake Convection, Air Fry, InstaView Selfclean, EasyClean and Snart, Stainless, Freestanding Electric Range, and it’s been a great upgrade. The InstaView is one of my favourite features being able to check on food without opening the oven is perfect for baking and helps keep the temperature steady. The ProBake Convection cooks faster and more evenly, which I noticed right away. I enjoy cooking with the cooktop. It’s heats up quickly, and distributes heat well, and the smooth glass surface is easy to clean. The different element size are really practical depending on what you are cooking. The built in Air Fry is a nice bonus, and I like that it alerts you if the oven door is left open. Small details, but really helpful. My family appreciates the Wifi connectivity. Being able to preheat the oven remotely through the app is a level of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until now. It helps, especially on busy days. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen.
