This is the mother load when it comes to grilling. The Holy Grail of Grills!! Surprised my man with this purdy thing and he was so elated!! The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great.
