Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own.
