This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I just got it today, it’s working great so far, my Insulin was taking over my fridge,so I needed to step up, it’s much smaller than I thought it was going to be. So here’s my big problem, why I didn’t give 5- stars. When I put it in my Basement on a table it would not stay cold no matter what temperature I had it on. The lines that connect from outside to inside need about a 2 inch diameter hole to pass through. We also decided to buy a rack so that we could hang the main condenser above the ground. This a very affordable option for a steam sauna. My husband absolutely loves it, and the set up and take down isn't too bad. It's an excellent way for a person to see if they really like saunas, before spending more money on one. He prefers the steam option over red light for now. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would.
