This is the best fitness purchase I've ever made. I have been lucky enough to never have had weight issues, but my job is very sedentary and I gained 10 lbs. My endurance has increased at least 40%, and I rarely work out more than 30 minutes at a time. I have enough space that I don't have to put it away. I will say it was tough to open the ring for the mat, and I needed extra help. Not sure if that would become easier over time.
