The bed is nice, but I wish I had paid attention to the height of the headboard- you can even see it if you stand pillows up against it. I think it seems sturdy and seems to be sturdy. Assembly was a bit difficult because initially we ended up putting legs on the wrong side and the side rails upside down. This could be avoided with better labeling. Overall we are happy with the bed, but wish I could buy an extension to make the headboard taller. For reference this is the chestnut color option- I think the listing for this bed has the driftwood color pictured in both the driftwood and chestnut photos. Put this together by myself didn’t really care for the layout lack of detail in the assembly instructions the link for assembly video said “URL not found”..I found there were a couple pieces markedlettered incorrectly, which led to the confusion, but I eventually figured it out a completed the frame.
