We were a bit disappointed because they were shorter when fully reclined than we had imagined. Our feet hang over, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Also, when fully reclined and we sit up high on the chair, it tips over backwards!! The controls are a bit stiff, which makes it hard to open and close, but maybe over time they will loosen up. The chair looks great once assembled and is comfortable, but putting it together was more difficult than expected. The instructions could be clearer, and lining up some of the parts and screws took extra time and patience. I would recommend having a second person help with assembly.
