Overall, this is a great-looking product and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of design and concept. Once assembled, it looks clean and fits the space well. The materials feel solid and the finish looks nice from a distance. That said, the experience was knocked down a star due to some quality and packing issues. One of the grass inserts was missing from the box, and several of the wood pieces arrived with noticeable chips and edge damage. It’s disappointing to open a new product and immediately notice cosmetic flaws, especially at this price point. We bought this with not the highest of hopes, but man were we VERY pleasantly surprised! It took my husband and I about an hour to put together but once you get it up and going it works great! It’s great for watching movies but we bought it primarily for his golf sim. The screen absorbs impact GREAT and he is VERY happy with it! Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s advertised as “heavy-duty,” but it’s made of cheap plywood and feels flimsy and unstable once assembled. Several pieces did not fit together properly, making assembly frustrating, and the wood was already chipping in multiple areas right out of the box. The finish looks worn and low quality. I also reached out to customer service and have not heard back, which is frustrating when trying to resolve an issue like this.
