You’ll thank me later. 4. 2-4 hours is a lie IF you follow the directions. I had to rework 3 times which put me at 5-6 hours of putting together. 5. I waited 5 months for this desk to come back into stock. Although it’s the look I wanted, the rework and cussing was not to my satisfaction. It has a lot of parts, so be prepared to dedicate time to that and it takes a couple of hours for the assembly when doing it all alone. The fact that there were no gliders for the drawers is a bit disappointing, because they just hang when pulled out. The original desk I received had some scratches on a couple of parts and the wooden dovels provided to connect the desk top were fragile and broke during the assembly. Reached out to Wayfair support with the part number needed to replace the damage and they were so understanding and supportive enough to provide a new free replacement and told me to dispose off the original desk that was no longer functional. It was a lot (50 steps on the instructions). But if you follow the steps you should be fine. I was sent the wrong color. I ordered the rustic brown, was sent the white instead. That is the reason for the four stars. It is well made and seems heavy duty. I like the two drawers(they are fabric). I really like the slide out key board. I think it will last a long while..
