This washing machine has it all. I paid more for mine 6 months ago so this deal is great. I can use the water stream to rinse out spots. Keep my softener and laundry soap filled and it tells me when to refill.cleans everything. No noise and it dings my Ipad when it is finished. Clothes are so clean. Love all of the individual cycles. It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped. I definitely agree with thought this air conditioner was what was advertised. I have always wanted to try a portable air conditioner. I should have thought it through because i had a 10000 BTU window unit that kept our room cool. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
