I definitely agree with thought this air conditioner was what was advertised. I have always wanted to try a portable air conditioner. I should have thought it through because i had a 10000 BTU window unit that kept our room cool. The evaporator arrived quickly and damage free. It is larger than I expected. I was kind of skeptical that this would cool down my patio. To my surprise, it did exactly that. The instructions were vague but I was able to figure out how to use it. When I turned it on, it took about 2 minutes before it started blowing cool air. I was amazed of the volume of air this unit pushes and it was at low fan speed. Adding ice packs cools the air down even more. I will be buying another one for my garage.
