Generally pretty happy with this. Feels solid, instructions were clear, easy to put together. Only issue was that on the middle shelf, not sure if the pilot holes underneath weren't deep enough, but the screws to secure it to the bar ended up creating enough pressure that it pushed a point up and cracked the finish, and the screws hadn't even gone in all the way yet. The product itself is decent, it's what I needed and fit the description. The box arrived pretty banged up, however. There was a big hole in the corner exposing the contents, several small holes on the top side. Once I opened the box, the packaging was a mess: corner cardboard pieces and styrofoam were torn apart with bits everywhere. I made sure nothing was damaged and all the pieces were there, so that's ok. The instruction sheet is a little blurry, like someone made a clumsy copy from an old copy. It seems like a product that was returned, which is fine, there's nothing wrong with that. But a little attention to detail would've revealed that it had been poorly packaged and a few extra pieces of thick cardboard would've prevented the contents from clanking around inside the box and maybe even falling out of that hole in the corner..
