Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels. Nice sized portable air conditioner. Very easy and straightforward to assemble and set up. They provide a hose and enclosure to set up out a screen. This one we set up inside an enclosed porch to use when it gets to max humidity in the summer and so far it has really helped to be able to sit in the porch.
