The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean. This is a very cute product and fairly easy to assemble. In the catalog it shows a bear sitting on top which makes it look small. It is a good size for a toddler/preschool age child.
