Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. We have had 12 of the American Standard pressure-assist toilets/tanks in our various homes over the years. We LOVE them. We have a plunger in the house - but have no idea where it is. We like the extra height because we are tall. Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount. She states the bowl is the only thing that this photo is showing and I was shipped the correct thing. It may be time to seek new management staff at this point Wayfair is going downhill. Gina. Needs to be packaged better. Tank lid came in broken. Wayfair replaced the whole toilet instead of just the lid and again it came in with lid broken.
