Next doesn’t close properly, properly why it close is the large dent in the back of the hood base where they meet. The lid was not fully covered with the perfective tape cover the full lid, therefore there are some damage to the lid! This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try.
