First 4 photos are before putting it together…not impressed! The next picture is the box damage in one corner. Next doesn’t close properly, properly why it close is the large dent in the back of the hood base where they meet. The lid was not fully covered with the perfective tape cover the full lid, therefore there are some damage to the lid! Second last photo is the large damage, where it was dented split apart in the corner! And last picture dent in the door. It was all in protective cardboard foam and wrap…so I don’t understand. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
