Works great and is very lightweight. Only marking down 1 star because it seems to work better with windows that openclose left to right vs. up and down, unless your window is a certain size. I definitely agree with thought this air conditioner was what was advertised. I have always wanted to try a portable air conditioner. I should have thought it through because i had a 10000 BTU window unit that kept our room cool. Very happy with this purchase. For a dual hose air conditioner I think this is a good middle of the road option for places like where I live (nor cal) where humidity is not an issue. I did try to use a hose attachment which wasn’t readily available for this unit and it did leak. However the bottom drain works perfectly. The caveat with this machine is that you absolutely cannot lose the remote otherwise you cannot operate the unit. You can only turn on and off from the main unit but no operation.
