This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. First 4 photos are before putting it together…not impressed! The next picture is the box damage in one corner. Next doesn’t close properly, properly why it close is the large dent in the back of the hood base where they meet. The lid was not fully covered with the perfective tape cover the full lid, therefore there are some damage to the lid! Second last photo is the large damage, where it was dented split apart in the corner! And last picture dent in the door. It was all in protective cardboard foam and wrap…so I don’t understand.
