Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels. It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped.
