This turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I needed. It’s easy to open at night and store in the morning, rolls smoothly without scratching my floors, feels sturdy with the wheels locked, and fits perfectly in my small living room closet. I’m very pleased with the quality. For extra peace of mind, I did purchase a thin rubber floor runner to roll it on when moving it to and from the closet, and I added quarter-size felt pads under the legs for additional floor protection. I was searching for a stool with backrest that was also lightweight and to my surprise it was quite hard to find. Stumbled upon this one and decided to take a chance and purchase. The quality of it is really good and light enough to easily carry around. I had to contact customer service because the original stool that came had a little flaw on it. Customer service was really quick to respond, able to work out a solution within minutes and my replacement came in within two days. Would definitely purchase again if needed in the future.
