The only reason I gave a four instead of a five is that the trays on the ends are very cheap feeling and flimsy. I do not expect that they will last long. Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
