The frames of each piece are made from steel with a rattan outer frame that's resistant to mildew, rust, water, and UV rays. Both chairs have polyester seats and back cushions that give you additional support while seated in your backyard. The cushion covers are removable and machine washable for easier upkeep. The included end table has a tempered glass top to protect it against the elements.

This patio furniture is attractive, easy to assemble with clear directions and sturdy. My only negative is that the stickers with the letter key on each part were difficult to remove in one piece. While the chairs offer a manual 5-setting recline option, its worth noting that even in the most upright position, it still seems too low and laid back for comfortable book reading or to enjoy a beverage without sitting up and foregoing the back rest for those activities..
