I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels. Really powerful fan! It has the option of a cool mist that's great for dry air. You can use it separate from the fan as well. It also has a cooling function. You put water in the base and add the ice packs that are included to make the fan blow cooler air. It's not nearly as cool as an air conditioner but it's better than hot dry air blowing when it's too warm out. It comes with 4 ice packs so you can use two and have two in the freezer to switch out. The fan looks really nice and doesn't take up a large footprint. It has given me the ability to put off using the air conditioner a bit.
