This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. Love these pans. They’re wonderful. I’m very careful with the surface so there hasn’t been a chance of being scratched. They need to be dried soon after washing because of the cast iron will have a chance to rust if you don’t.. Natascha. Mon Jan 13 2025
